Refund Policy

Each of our products is carefully handcrafted with high quality materials and construction methods. We take personal pride in our craftsmanship. Our attention to detail in our products is uncompromising, and so is our commitment to your satisfaction. Each product is made specifically to your order and our use of natural materials such as wood, metal and concrete means each piece is uniquely yours – no two pieces are alike.

Due to the nature of our products, i.e. large, heavy wood, metal and concrete items, returning them may not be the best or most effective remedy. If your product is damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations please contact us and we will work with you to make things right.

Damage

If your piece has been damaged in-transit, please keep all crating materials, document the damage by taking clear, unfiltered pictures, and notify us within 3 business days. If your piece was delivered via freight or white glove delivery service, you must also document the damage with the delivery personnel prior to them leaving your delivery location.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please retain all packaging material and contact us within 7 days.  We will work with you on the best remedy to make things right.

If a return is deemed the best remedy, we will provide return shipping instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping charges, except when the return is due to a defect caused by us or damage during shipping. Once we have received the return, we will issue a refund for your purchase price only (any charged taxes will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws). shipping charges are non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns of custom orders, including customized dimensions of our standard items, except when the return is due to a defect caused by us or damage during shipping.
